Service Fees: All bookings are subject to a service fee charged by Ziarah. This service fee is non-refundable, and in certain cases may be partially refunded at Ziarah’s discretion, even if the underlying booking is cancelled and refunded by the service provider.

The amount refunded (if any) will be the original payment amount minus the applicable service fee and any other disclosed charges (e.g., bank charges), as presented during the booking process.
